Hearing loss or speech impairment shouldn't stop you from having a proper chinwag. Next Generation Text Relay is a service that helps you make and receive calls with ease.
To get started, just download the Relay UK app from the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS) and follow the simple setup instructions.

When using the service, you can use these prefixes to route your calls correctly:
Emergency Services Text
We've enabled emergency services via text, so you can contact help without needing to make a voice call. It's quiet, quick, and life-saving.
Heads up: You'll need to register your phone before you can use the emergency SMS service. Don't wait for an emergency to do it!

Free Directory Enquiries
