Which phones support eSIM?

Most modern smartphones support eSIM including: all iPhone models from XS onwards (2018+), Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Motorola Razr, OnePlus 11/12, and most flagship Sony and Motorola devices. Note that phones purchased in mainland China or Hong Kong sometimes have eSIM disabled even if the global model supports it.
